It is common thinking that homes of the elderly should be just utilitarian bereft of any style. That\u2019s not true with a semi-retired couple living along Kim Tian Road. When they met Emily Tan of Weiken, their brief was to create a modern home with clean lines and it had to be easy to maintain. The inclusion of plenty of storage space was also paramount. There also had to be more space for them to walk around. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
